Fenchell Capital is a premium Bulgarian firm founded in 2018 in Plovdiv by two French entrepreneurs. We left France to build an operation on the ground — with offices, a local team, and direct access to the Bulgarian institutions (Commercial Register, NRA, banks, notaries).

Our head office is in Plovdiv, Bulgaria's second city and 2019 European Capital of Culture.
