This European Union regulation, known as n°2016/679, is the reference text for personal data protection in the 28 member states of the European Union.

All Data Controllers must apply the GDPR. This concerns any organization, European or not, which collects or processes personal data of European citizens, including subcontractors.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE RGPD AND THE CNIL RULES?
The RGPD is in a way an extension of the rules already enacted by the CNIL.
It reinforces the arsenal of CNIL rules with a European approach, and enlarged powers for the control bodies.
A company respecting the CNIL rules should be able to comply with the RGPD much more easily.
WHAT ARE THE PENALTIES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE GDPR?
The RGPD provides for penalties of up to 4% of turnover and 20 million euros in case of infringement of the regulation.

Right of information: You can consult our privacy policy to know what data we collect and how we use it.
Right of access: Fill in this form to request access to or modification of your information.
Right to object: You have the possibility to object at any time to the use of your data for marketing purposes. To do so, please fill in the following form. You can then object to your data being distributed, transmitted or stored for marketing purposes.
Right of rectification: You have the possibility in your customer area to rectify inaccurate information about you. We can also do it for you on request.
Right to erase / Right to forget: A system of account closure will be available soon. In the meantime, you can contact us if you want your account to be permanently deleted.
Right of portability: An export of all your data can be provided to you on request so that you can reuse it elsewhere. Most of the data can also be exported directly to your customer area.
Right to data limitation: If you express the need, we can freeze the use of your data during the period that you will have defined.
YOUR RGPD OBLIGATIONS AND HOW TO MEET THEM AS A SELLER OR RESELLER :
Right of information: As a data controller, you must provide your customers with a list of your subcontractors and indicate in particular via a privacy policy how you collect and use your customers’ data.
Right of access: Your customer area offers you multiple possibilities to export the data that your customers would ask you. If however, you are unable to retrieve the requested information, please contact us
Right of opposition: So that one of your customers no longer receives your communications, you can manually add him to your blacklist, on your customer area. If the request is more global, your client can use our marketing list blocking form to no longer receive any marketing messages from our platform.
Right of rectification: You have the possibility in your customer area to rectify inaccurate information about your customers in your customer files. You can also contact us to do so if necessary.
Right to erasure / Right to be forgotten : The contact list management system allows you to remove a contact from your lists if they request it. You can also manually add a number to your blacklist.
Right of portability: The various export tools of your customer area allow you to provide your customers with an export of the data you have on them. You can contact us if this is not enough.
