Comment découvrir le ou les matériaux qu’utilise mon concurrent dans son produit ?  

Pour découvrir le nom du matériaux qu’utilise votre concurrent dans son produit, vous pouvez tenter de retrouver son fournisseur, et demander des informations sur les matériaux utilisés.

 

Si jamais vous ne pouvez pas retrouver le fournisseur,  ou que ce dernier est tenu par des clauses de confidentialités signées via un Contrat NNN comme ceux que nous rédigeons, il faudra passer par l’Analyse sur Matériaux avec Déformulation pour découvrir la composition exacte, en déduire le nom du matériaux utilisé.

月度维护服务费用如何分配？

月度维护服务费由不可压缩的费用组成，特别是强制缴纳的挂名董事的社会保险，其金额是根据保加利亚现行最低工资标准计算出的固定费率，另外还包括上网费和电话费。

会计核算费用也比其他国家更复杂，且是不可议的。 在本国，会计师和律师都隶属于各自的组织，他们自行确定其最低服务价格。

增值税（VAT）和增值税延期（OSS）（其在其他欧洲国家的延伸），在注册和申报时缴纳的代理费。

地址管理（地址和租赁文件的公证），邮件的打开和扫描，也是人工费用。

最后，挂名董事除了获得社会保险外，还会从本公司领取薪水，其中包括租用其身份来为贵保加利亚公司服务的费用。

挂名董事专门为一家公司服务，他/她不会担任任何其他公司的职务。
