Cookie policy
Last updated: 17 June 2026This policy describes the use of cookies and other trackers on the website https://www.fenchell.com/ (the "Website") by Fenchell Capital OOD, a Bulgarian company located at bul. Maritsa 95, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria, registered under number EIK 207945095 (VAT BG207945095) ("Fenchell"). It sets out the types of cookies we place, their purpose, their retention period and how you can manage your consent, configure them or delete them.
Fenchell attaches the greatest importance to, and takes the utmost care over, the protection of privacy and personal data. For the processing of your personal data outside of cookies, please refer to our privacy policy.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files sent by a web server to your device to record browsing information linked to your session. We use two types of cookies:
- so-called "functionality" cookies, and
- "performance" cookies.
When you log in to your login area, Fenchell uses a functionality cookie to keep your session open. This cookie contains only a session token: we never store your password in a cookie, and we do not store your email address or your identifier in clear text in a cookie. A functionality cookie may also remember the terms you have searched for using the Website's internal search engine. These cookies are kept only for the duration of your session, that is, for 15 (fifteen) minutes after the last action carried out on a page of the Website.
Fenchell also relies on certain browser preferences, such as the language preference or the activation of JavaScript, to improve your browsing experience on the Website. For example, by detecting your browser's language, Fenchell can offer you the most suitable version of the Website.
Fenchell uses performance cookies (audience measurement) to analyse your use of the Website, including the pages you visit and when you visit them (date and time). These cookies do not allow us to identify you personally. The data collected is aggregated and attributed to a single, anonymous user. It enables Fenchell to determine whether the Website's content is relevant and to improve it. This data is kept for a maximum period of three (3) months.
Google Analytics is the only audience-measurement tool used by Fenchell. The Website does not use any advertising, retargeting or social-network cookies. Google Analytics 4 is placed only after your consent has been obtained via our cookie banner — consent that you can withdraw at any time — and Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses. Any data transfers to Google LLC (United States) are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, as well as by the European Union's standard contractual clauses.
Your consent
With the exception of strictly necessary cookies (functionality or security cookies), no cookie is placed without your agreement. On your first visit, a consent banner is displayed and lets you accept or refuse audience-measurement cookies. Google Analytics cookies are triggered only after you have clicked "Accept"; they are never placed before your consent is obtained.
Your choice can be changed freely and at any time. You can withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it by clicking the "Manage my cookies" link available in the footer, which reopens the consent banner. You can also configure your browser to accept or refuse cookies on your device, either globally or cookie by cookie. The settings you make may alter your ability to browse and may sometimes impair your access to certain services that require the use of cookies.
Managing or deleting cookies in your browser
