I am a foreign citizen (China, India, USA, etc.), can I register a French Company?

Absolutely, it’s perfectly legal. 

 

Creating a bank account might take a bit of time if you are a foreigner, however, by working with us and unlike competing law firms, we will work on your business plan which we will present to our partner investment bank.

Are all formalities really online?

Is it guaranteed to be able to open seller accounts on European Marketplaces with a French Company, owned by foreign shareholders?

Using a Chinese or Indian company to create a seller account, you have less than a 20% chance of successfully registering on EU Marketplaces. 

 

With a French company, you have a 99% chance of successful registration on EU Marketplaces. 

 

The European Union is the region of the world with the strictest controls and the highest quality standards. Marketplaces are much more comfortable working with sellers whose companies are local, even if they are led by foreign entrepreneurs, rather than working with foreign companies that could endanger their clients and create all sorts of problems for their reputations.

How much does your service cost? What is the process like?

After receiving your form, we will immediately call you to jointly examine five key aspects:

 

– Company Profile:
Type of business, type of bank account, type of bank card used, domicile, bills, connections (IP, phone).

– Seller Account:
Interactions with Amazon, account health, complaints, various infractions or violations.

– Suppliers and contracts.

– Products and inventory management.

– Sales or activity history on Amazon.

 

  1. Examination Outcome:

Once the review is completed, we make you an offer, specifying the errors and omissions identified during our discussion.

 

  1. Pricing:

Our base rate is €195 and includes a personalized action plan with a correction. Each additional correction is charged €100. Thus, any error requiring our intervention will be charged an additional €100 on top of the base rate.

You will not be overcharged, our pricing system is designed to remain proportional to the number of corrections we need to make.

 

  1. What is a correction?

A correction may involve rectifying or completing an erroneous element of your profile or situation. It can take various forms, such as advice, a referral to a partner (bank, lawyer, etc.), or the addition of content to the action plan. For example, if an “unauthorized sale on Amazon” is detected, and falsified documents are also identified on your account, this would constitute an additional correction, bringing the total cost of our service to €295 (advice, follow-up, and personalized action plan included).

 

  1. Duration of the activation or reactivation process:

Our support is unlimited in time. We remain at your disposal until the activation or reactivation of your seller account or product listing on Amazon. Although Amazon may sometimes take several months to activate or reactivate an account or listing, the process usually takes less than two weeks.

The ultimate goal of our service is to ensure that your seller account and its products, as well as your business, are impeccable, so that Amazon has no valid reason to leave your account suspended, or to re-suspend it in the future.

Vous ne serez donc pas facturé excessivement, notre système de tarification est conçu pour rester proportionnel au nombre de corrections que nous devons apporter.

 

 

 

5. Durée du processus d’activation ou de réactivation :

 

Notre accompagnement est illimité dans le temps. Nous restons à votre disposition jusqu’à l’activation ou la réactivation de votre compte vendeur ou de votre fiche produit sur Amazon. Bien qu’Amazon puisse parfois prendre plusieurs mois pour activer ou réactiver un compte ou un listing, le processus dure généralement moins de deux semaines.

 

Le but final de notre prestation est de faire en sorte que votre compte vendeur et ses produits, ainsi que votre entreprise, soient irréprochables, afin qu’Amazon n’ait plus aucune raison valable pour laisser votre compte suspendu, ou le re-suspende à l’avenir.

Prélevez-vous la TVA ?

Non.

Conformément à la loi (auto-liquidation de la TVA), nous ne prélevons pas la TVA sur vos  achats, cela est mentionné sur votre facture finale.
